Yes, all users of the aqua park MUST be able to swim 20m unaided.

The aqua park is approximatley 25m from the bank which you must swim over to.

Our lifeguards will be watching all guests on the swim over, should they feel any users are not competent swimmers you will be asked to return to shore. No refunds are issued to any incompetent swimmers. Please remember this is for your own safety.

Yes, wetsuits and buoyancy aids are included in your ticket price. Buoyancy aids are mandatory, wetsuits are optional. Our wetsuits are winter suits which means they are not suitable for hot weather, we reserve the right to not issue wetsuits when we deem the weather too warm. Swimwear MUST be worn under wetsuits, if you arrive without we will not issue you a wetsuit due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that wetsuit hire is down to the managers discretion for health and safety reasons.

If you would require them for religious reasons, please ensure that you bring adequate clothing that you would wear to a swimming facility.

Sessions are 55 minutes.

Please arrive 30 minutes before your session start time. This allows you time to check in, get changed and listen to your safety briefing before your session.

Yes, you will need a new waiver for each session. Please visit our 'waiver' page on the website for information on how to complete your waivers.

Yes. We offer 10% for groups of 10-19ppl, and 20% for groups of 20+.

Yes we do, it is a water sports activity and you will get wet when swimming over to the aqua park.

We do not offer refunds. However you are able to amend your booking up to 7 days prior to your booking.

No, walk in's are welcome. However please bear in mind we have a maximum capacity so walk in slots can not be guarenteed.

Yes. Lifeguards are present on all of our sessions. However please note, they are there in case of an emergency they are not there to chaperone your group or provide 1:1 assistance.

Yes, grip socks are compulsory and can be purchased online when buying your tickets or at reception.

You can bring your own grip socks or soft solved wet shoes however, socks must not be low trainer style socks and come higher up your ankle to ensure they stay on.
